Each evening, guests are guided through a single, immersive tasting menu deeply rooted in seasonal ingredients, smoky techniques, and theatrical presentation.
As part of the same Siigur Restaurants family behind Restaurant TAR, Ro Collection furnished NOA Chef’s Hall with Salon chairs and Regatta chairs, both featuring upholstered seats and backs in black leather. These pieces bring calm, craft and a refined visual presence that seamlessly aligns with the immersive fine-dining environment.
