These terms and conditions include private consumers' purchases of goods on Ro Collection's (Design Collection ApS) webshop. It is not possible to use any VAT/CVR number on the webshop. If you buy as a business customer within the EU in this webshop, you must be responsible for the VAT refund yourself. Prices and payment
In this webshop you can order your goods online and pay via: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard, Dankort and MobilePay. All prices on our webshop are shown incl. VAT. The amount is withdrawn from the cardholder's account when your order is dispatched. A larger amount can never be withdrawn than the amount you have approved when placing your order. The prices are stated including 25% VAT.
Delivery and transport
We will process your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed at our warehouse in Denmark within 1-3 working days. Design Collection ApS endeavors to deliver your order as quickly as possible, preferably within 1-3 working days. However, all customers who pay by credit card are subject to a validation, and Design Collection ApS reserves the right to delay the delivery of an order if we believe that additional security checks are needed. When your order has been dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with the package's tracking number. Delivery of an item is considered to have been completed when the consumer has received the item from our freight supplier (As a general rule, GLS). For purchases over DKK 599, delivery is included. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

If, upon receipt of your packages, there is visible damage to the packaging, this must be brought to the attention of the carrier in writing upon receipt and then Design Collection ApS must be notified within 5 working days at email@example.com.
Made to order
We offer selected furniture made to order. It will be clearly marked on the item if it is an item that is made to order. The expected delivery date will appear clearly on your order confirmation. When you order a made-to-order item, the product is manufactured especially for you - which means that you can expect a longer delivery time than our standard delivery time. Your payment will be collected as soon as you have placed your order. Please note that ordered items cannot be canceled or returned.
We endeavor to provide the most accurate estimated delivery date for made-to-order items. However, the delivery of goods made to order may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (delays from the supplier, shipping company, etc.). We will of course do our best to keep you informed of any delays to your order. When we are ready to ship your ordered item(s), we will send you an email.
Delivery of furniture
When you order furniture or larger items, they are delivered with a special shipping company to your delivery address. You will be contacted directly regarding the delivery time, so you can make sure you are at home at the address for delivery. If you are still not at home at the agreed delivery time, your item can be returned to the warehouse. In that case, please contact us directly for assistance. Furniture is delivered to the curb or, if this is not possible, as close to your delivery address as possible. You are responsible for getting the delivery from the curb and into your home. This service does not include bringing in, removing packaging or pallets.
Receipt of goods/freight damage
The risk for an item purchased at Design Collection ApS passes to you at the time of delivery. When you receive the item, you should check the packaging for visible damage upon receipt. All transport damage must be reported as soon as possible to Design Collection ApS at firstname.lastname@example.org. If, despite obvious damage to the package, you do not object to the carrier, doubts may arise as to where the package has been damaged, and you risk being liable for any damages. If there is minor damage to the package and you consider that it is safe to receive the package, you and the driver should note on the waybill that you receive the package with reservations. In case of suspicion of freight damage, you must:
- Keep the packaging, as it can be used to document claims against the shipping company.
- As far as possible, take pictures of the package and possibly damages.
- Contact Design Collection ApS for further information.
The Purchase Act's concept of defect applies at the time of purchase. Pursuant to the Sales Act, a right of complaint is granted for 24 months on all goods. The right to complain means that you as a customer can complain about errors and defects in the product that have occurred up to 24 months after purchase. However, it is a prerequisite that these defects have not arisen as a result of your incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behavior that has led to the defect. If the complaint is justified, your rights are remedy, redelivery, refusal of the price or cancellation of the agreement, depending on the specific situation. You must advertise within a reasonable time after you have ascertained the defect. If you make a complaint within 2 months, the complaint is always considered to be timely. We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may incur in connection with returning the item when the complaint is justified. Right of withdrawal
Individuals have the right to cancel an agreement without reason within 14 days. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person you have chosen get physical possession of the item. If you have ordered several items in one order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the cancellation period starts from when you or another person you have chosen takes physical possession of the last item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Day, the deadline is extended to the following weekday. Please note that made to order items cannot be canceled or returned.

We will then send you a reference number, which must be entered on the cancellation form enclosed with your order. The cancellation period has been met if you send your notice that you regret the purchase before the cancellation period has expired. You cannot cancel by refusing to receive the item or by failing to pick it up without at the same time giving notice that you cancel.
Return of the item and return costs
Once you have received a return reference number from us, fill out the cancellation form enclosed in the checkout. You then put the GLS return label on the box and ensure that the item is securely packed. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of the goods' delivery and are responsible for the goods being properly packed before return, and you also bear the responsibility for the goods until they are returned to us. The costs for using a return label amount to DKK 50.00, which is deducted from the refund.
Refund of the money
We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notice of cancellation. However, we can withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have sent documentation that the goods have been returned. We carry out such a refund with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
Testing of the product and packaging
You are only liable for a possible deterioration of the value of the goods, which is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the way in which it functions. You must normally examine the item in the same way as you can and must in a shop, but you must not use it, for example you must not remove labels and hangtags. If you have used the item in a way that is not allowed or allowed in a business and we cannot sell it again or cannot sell it at full price again, you must expect us to deduct the decrease in value from the amount you have to have back. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount. Missing original packaging may constitute a reduction in value, so to be sure of receiving all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging. You should also ensure that the item is securely wrapped when you return it. You bear the risk for the package/goods yourself until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt as well as any track and trace number.
Personal data policy
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information: Name - Address - Telephone number - E-mail address. We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you. The personal information is registered with Design Collection ApS and stored for five years, after which it is deleted.
Access to complaints
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can submit your complaint via nömeneneshus.dk.

Law and venue
Purchases on the webshop are covered by Danish law and the jurisdiction is Copenhagen City Court. However, non-derogable national legislation may apply for delivery outside Denmark. Persons under the age of 18 cannot shop on this webshop without the consent of a guardian.
Design Collection ApS can change the content of this page at any time. Design Collection ApS cannot be held responsible for any damage caused as a result of use of the site or, for that matter, lack of access to use the site.
