Payment methods

Payment by card

At rocollection.dk we accept payment with the following card types: Visa, Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. When you choose to pay by card, the payment will be processed through our secure payment gateway, which encrypts your card details to ensure they are kept confidential and protected during the transaction. We do not store your card details on our servers, and you can therefore safely shop with us with card payment.

Payment with MobilePay

At rocollection.dk it is possible to pay with MobilePay, a fast and convenient payment method. When you choose MobilePay as a payment method, you will be redirected to your MobilePay app, where you can approve the payment.

Partial payment with Anyday

At rocollection.dk, we offer our customers the option of splitting the payment into 4 installments with Anyday. This gives you the flexibility to spread the expense over time without incurring any costs or fees. When you choose to pay with Anyday, you will be asked to create an account with them and sign a credit agreement. After this, the payment will be deducted automatically every month for the next 3 months, and you can easily follow your payments via your Anyday account.

Invoice payment

We also offer invoice payment for orders that exceed NOK 15,000. When you choose invoice payment as the payment method, the invoice must be paid before delivery of the goods.

For products that are produced to order, the invoice must be paid before production begins. Once we have received your payment, production will start and you will be notified of the expected delivery date.

We will send the invoice via email and you must make sure to pay the invoice by the specified due date to ensure smooth processing of your order.

Fee

We do not charge any extra fees for payment by card, MobilePay or partial payment with Anyday. We want to give you the best possible experience and make it easy and convenient to shop with us at no extra cost. You only pay the amount for your goods and any shipping, which is clearly displayed at checkout.
