At Ro Collection, we use artificial intelligence (AI) as a creative complement in the development of our images, texts and visual materials. This AI policy describes how we use AI, what purposes it serves, and how we ensure transparency and accountability throughout the process.

 

Artificial intelligence is a technology that can generate, analyze, or enhance digital content, such as images and text. AI acts as a tool that supports our creative work and helps us improve communication and the experience on our webshop and other platforms.

 

 

How we use AI
We use AI in selected areas to strengthen our visual expression and communicative quality:

 

a. Image generation and image editing
We use Claibe, Midjourney Pro plan, and Photoshop (AI features) to create or edit images, including environmental images, promotional materials, and visual content for social media.

b. Textual sparring and idea development
We use ChatGPT as a sparring partner to develop and improve text content. All AI-generated text is subsequently edited, quality assured and approved by our team to ensure it is correct, relevant and in line with Ro Collection's tone and values.

c. Internal optimization of processes
AI is used to a limited extent for creative sparring and streamlining internal workflows, but never replaces human judgment or expertise.

 

 

Transparency and clear information
We want to be as transparent as possible when we use AI, so we always disclose AI usage where relevant.

 

- Social media
We mark the use of AI via meta tagging.

- Webshop
We inform you that AI is used in certain cases to create or edit product, studio and environmental images, but that all content is quality assured by Ro Collection.

- Campaign material
We clearly disclose in our terms and conditions when campaign images are created or edited with AI.

- Newsletters
We indicate when images or text have been generated or enhanced with the help of AI.

- Textual content
We inform you that ChatGPT is used as a sparring partner for text development, but that all content is reviewed and approved by Ro Collection.

 

 

Responsibility and quality assurance
We treat AI as a tool that should support, not replace, our creative process. We only use AI in a way that is ethical, responsible, and consistent with our standards:

- AI must never mislead about the actual colors, features, or materials of products.

- All AI-generated or AI-edited material is quality assured by our team.

- We only use AI tools that comply with applicable legislation and security standards.

AI helps us create better, more inspiring and relevant experiences. But authenticity, quality and trustworthiness are always our starting point. We promise to be open about our use of AI and ensure that all content – whether AI-generated or not – is honest, truthful and of the highest quality.
