Terms and Conditions (Preloved)

General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of Preloved items sold by Design Collection ApS via our webshop at rocollection.dk. Demo items refer to products that have previously been used for demonstration purposes, including but not limited to use in photoshoots, at trade fairs, or in showrooms.
Product Description
All Preloved items are sold 'as seen'. Photos of the products will be provided to illustrate their current condition.
Prices and Payment
Prices for Preloved items will be stated on rocollection.dk. All prices are final and non-negotiable. Payment must be made online using the accepted payment methods specified at the time of purchase.
No Warranty
Preloved items are sold without any warranty, either express or implied. The buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to assess the product's condition before purchase and accepts this upon purchase.
Right to Complain
- By purchasing Preloved items from Design Collection ApS, the customer acknowledges that these items are sold in their existing condition, with any faults and defects at the time of purchase.
- The right to complain does not cover faults, damage, or wear and tear that falls under signs of use, can be seen in pictures, read in a description, or can naturally be expected of a used or demo item. The right to complain exclusively covers hidden faults that were not disclosed at the time of purchase and are not due to normal wear and tear.
- Customers wishing to complain about hidden faults or defects that were not disclosed at the time of purchase must contact Design Collection ApS within a reasonable timeframe after the fault has been discovered. Complaints must be made in writing and include a detailed description of the fault.
- Design Collection ApS reserves the right to remedy the fault, exchange the item, or offer a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
Delivery and Collection
When purchasing Preloved items from Design Collection ApS via rocollection.dk, for selected items, kerbside delivery will be an option. Customers can choose and pay for this delivery service during the checkout process on the webshop. Prices and terms for delivery will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Alternatively, product collection is offered at no extra cost. Collection can be made at Design Collection ApS' address: Papirfabrikken 28, 8600 Silkeborg. Customers are kindly requested to arrange a collection time directly with Design Collection ApS to ensure the order is ready for collection.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If a solution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled in accordance with Danish law by the relevant courts.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Design Collection ApS reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on rocollection.dk.
By making a purchase, the buyer accepts these terms and conditions.
