Terms and Conditions (Preloved)
General
These terms and conditions apply to all reservations and subsequent purchases of Preloved items from Ro Collection via rocollection.dk.
Our Preloved range consists of products that have previously been used for, for example, photo shoots, trade fairs, exhibitions or other presentation purposes.
The products may therefore show signs of use and cosmetic imperfections, while offering the opportunity to purchase Ro Collection designs at particularly attractive prices.
Product condition
Preloved items are not necessarily brand new and may therefore have scratches, marks, colour variations, wear or other cosmetic imperfections.
Images and product descriptions on the webshop are intended to give an impression of the condition of the products.
As the products may show individual signs of use, all Preloved items must be inspected and accepted by the customer before purchase.
The customer may inspect the product in our showroom and is free to choose not to complete the purchase if the item does not meet their expectations.
Specific faults and imperfections that the customer has been clearly informed of and has expressly accepted before purchase cannot generally form the basis of a subsequent complaint.
Reservation and payment
When you place an order for a Preloved item via rocollection.dk, the order serves exclusively as a reservation.
When making the reservation, you must enter your payment details, but no money will be charged at the time of reservation.
The reservation is not a binding purchase, and you are not obliged to buy the item before you have had the opportunity to view and accept it in our showroom.
If the item does not meet your expectations, you are free to choose not to complete the purchase. In that case, the reservation will be cancelled, and no payment will be charged.
The purchase is only completed once you have physically inspected and accepted the item in our showroom. The amount will then be charged using the payment method you provided when making the reservation.
All prices are listed on rocollection.dk and include VAT. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

Preloved items can only be collected from our showroom and are not available for delivery.

Reserved Preloved items must be collected no later than 10 days after the reservation date, unless otherwise agreed with Ro Collection.
We recommend arranging a collection time in advance so that we can ensure the item is ready.
When collecting the item, you will have the opportunity to inspect its condition before deciding whether to complete the purchase.
If the item is not collected within the specified period and no separate agreement has been made for later collection, Ro Collection reserves the right to cancel the reservation and release the item for sale again.
No payment will be charged if the reservation is cancelled.
Right of withdrawal, returns and exchanges
Preloved items are reserved online, but the final purchase is only concluded once the customer has seen and accepted the item in person at our showroom.
Where the transaction is solely an online reservation and the purchase agreement is only concluded at our physical showroom, there is generally no statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Ro Collection does not offer voluntary returns or exchanges on Preloved items after the purchase has been completed.
This does not limit the customer's mandatory rights under applicable consumer law, including any statutory right of withdrawal and right to make a complaint.
Warranty and right to make a complaint
Preloved items are sold without a separate voluntary warranty. This does not limit the customer's statutory rights.
As a consumer, you have a 2-year right to make a complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including when purchasing used goods and display models. When assessing any defect, consideration is given to the product's age, condition, price and previous use, as well as the information provided before purchase.
Ordinary wear and signs of use that can reasonably be expected given the product's age and condition do not necessarily constitute a defect. Specific faults and cosmetic imperfections that the customer has been separately informed of and has expressly accepted at the time of purchase are generally not covered by the right to make a complaint. If you discover a fault or defect that you believe is covered by the right to make a complaint, you must contact Ro Collection within a reasonable time after discovering it. A complaint made within 2 months of discovery will always be considered timely.
We recommend submitting your complaint in writing, with a description of the problem and, preferably, photos.
If your complaint is justified, it will be handled in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Depending on the specific circumstances, this may involve repair, replacement, a proportionate reduction in the price or cancellation of the purchase.
As Preloved products are often unique, replacement will not always be possible.
Complaints and disputes
If any issues arise in connection with your purchase, we encourage you to contact Ro Collection so that we can try to find a solution together.
If we are unable to reach an agreement, you may, as a consumer, submit a complaint to the relevant consumer complaints body, including the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints at the Danish Appeals Boards Authority (Nævnenes Hus), provided the conditions for handling the complaint are met.

Any disputes will be dealt with under Danish law, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.
Amendments to the terms and conditions
Ro Collection reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions in force at the time of the reservation and subsequent purchase will apply to the transaction in question.
