When Ro Collection was invited to contribute with furnitures to this visionary space, the ambition was clear: to create a cohesive expression where each piece supports and enhances the atmosphere the kitchen seeks to evoke.
The Regatta Chair – crafted in oiled oak with an upholstered seat and backrest – offers both comfort and character. Seamlessly integrated into the restaurant’s aesthetic, the chair invites guests to enjoy and be present at the table. Our Salon Table, made from smoked oak, plays a central role in the visual expression. The dark wood and simple silhouette emphasize the warmth and understated elegance of the room. To support storage and spatial structure, we provided Pantry Storage System in smoked oak. These refined pieces are designed for displaying beautiful accessories as well as practical storage – creating a visual rhythm in the interior that ties the entire experience together.
Restaurant Udtryk is the newest addition to the Norrlyst family – a place where nothing is left to chance. The cuisine is deeply personal, drawing inspiration from Nordic roots and Asian finesse, and is served in an intimate settings. This is a restaurant with a distinctly artistic identity – expressed through gastronomic experiences, presentation, space and sound. Just 41 days after opening, Restaurant Udtryk was awarded its first Michelin star – the fastest recognition of its kind in Nordic history. It’s a testament not only to the excellence of the kitchen, but to the complete experience shaped by the restaurant’s architecture, art and interior design.
